RKS dedicates win to supporters

The Ratu Kadavulevu School Under-18 rugby side says the support received from all those associated with the school was the catalyst for their semi-final win yesterday.

RKS beat defending champions Ratu Navula College 11-8 in extra time to cement its place in the final of the Coke Zero deans final.

The side will meet Lelean Memorial School, which beat Queen Victoria School 21-18 in extra time.

RKS team manager, Qatia Brown, says they were closer to the title but have one more match to prepare for.

“It’s a great success for the RKS spectators and the team and the diehard fans of RKS. We give this win to them and especially the almighty who has given the strength to the boys.”

The finals will be played in a fortnight.
