The Rewa football side is not underestimating Dreketi ahead of their match at the Courts Inter District Championship, which starts in Lautoka tomorrow.
The two teams meet in the opening Premier division match at Churchill Park.
Coach, Marika Rodu says the northerners have created major upsets in the past.
“First pool game is always the start, everybody wants to settle down into the tournament. Everybody coming determined with objective and goals. Like Dreketi we want to win the first game as well and set a good platform for the tournament.”
Rewa takes on Dreketi in the opening match at 1pm. In other matches, Nadi plays Tavua at 3pm, Ba takes on Labasa at 5.30pm and host Lautoka faces Suva at 7.30pm.
