Rewa face daunting task

The Rewa football side will take a cautious approach against Suva in the first round of the Vodafone Fiji Fact this weekend.

Rewa coach, Marika Rodu says Suva will be hard team to beat.

Rodu adds the unavailability of the national under 20 reps Garish Prasad, Setareki Hughes, Tevita Waranivalu and Iosefo Verevou is another major setback that he has to work around.

The Delta Tigers coach is hoping the home crowd advantage will lift the performances of his boys.

Rewa takes on Suva this Sunday at 4pm at Nausori’s Ratu Cakobau Park while at 2pm, Tailevu Naitasiri plays Labasa.

On the same day at Govind Park, defending champions Jacks Nadi meets Nadroga at 2pm while Ba takes on Lautoka at 4pm.
