The Rewa football side has set its focus on finishing its Fiji Sun/National Football League games and preparing for the Courts Inter District Championships.

Hence the side has shelved its plans for a celebration to mark the Inkk Mobile Battle of the Giants win, where the Rewa beat Lautoka 2-1 in the final last Sunday.

Rewa football president Nazil Buksh says they want to finish the year on a high and will host the players to a proper celebration after that.

He adds, the players have decided to set their focus on the IDC, which will be played at the ANZ Stadium in Suva from October 8-12.

Under the guidance of coach Marika Rodu, the Rewa side is now working on rectifying its weakness from the BOG.
