Vodafone Fiji 7s Olympic gold medallist Vatemo Ravouvou has been named in the Fiji Warriors extended squad to prepare for the World Rugby Pacific Challenge next year.

Ravouvou who made his debut for the Flying Fijians in the November Tour is one of the promising players to make the final cut.

Alongside Ravouvou, Alivereti Veitokani, Serupepeli Vularika and Mesake Doge are the Flying Fijians named in the extended squad.

Sunwolves forward John Stewart has also been named in the squad.
