Vodafone Flying Fijians coach John McKee says Olympic gold medalist, Vatemo Ravouvou has the potential of becoming a number one contender for the 15’s team next year.
McKee says Ravouvou will not switch to 7s again but will focus on the 15’s version of rugby and prepare for the June internationals.

“Vatemo is really focusing on 15’s I already want him to get him really involved in our programme this year and the Warriors will be playing the Pacific Rugby championships in March so I expect to see him playing their at first five eight so it will going to be start for him next year.”

Ravouvou made his debut for the Flying Fijians in November this year.
