Former Nadroga wing Alivereti Raka will highly likely be called in to play for France in the 2019 Six Nations.
According to Rugby Pass.com, the 25-year-old will formally become a French citizen on the 8th of next month.
Raka has cleared the final hurdle that was put in place by the France Rugby Union.
Since he joined Clermont Academy in 2014, he married a French national and became a father – which reduced his residency requirement by one-year.
He still had to pass language and citizenship tests to qualify for a French passport.
