The Queen Victoria School Under 18 side will try and maintain its fitness level when they meet Suva Grammar School in the third quarterfinals of the Deans Trophy this weekend.
QVS came in as an underdog have an advantage of having overseas exposure where they were given the privilege to tour Japan.
An added boost to their preparation for the showdown against Suva Grammar was the presence of Telecom Fijian Warriors head coach Senirusi Seruvakula, who worked with the players during training.
QVS will meet Suva Grammar School at 2pm Saturday at the ANZ Stadium.
In the other Coke Zero Deans quarterfinals, Marist Brothers High School will face Lelean Memorial School at 12.30pm, Cuvu College against Nasinu Secondary School at 11am, while RKS will meet Ratu Navula College at 4pm at the ANZ Stadium.
