FASANOC’s Women in Sport Commission aims to raise greater awareness on breast cancer with women in sport through a ‘Walk and Talk’ activity this weekend.

Chairperson Susie Yee says she is glad that the competition is growing every year.

”The difference is that there is an increase in numbers and the awareness is coming out to what it’s all about. It is going to be bigger, better and growing every year.”

She encourages everyone to wear PINK in support of Pinktober Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The activity will be held this Saturday on the 20th October, 2012.
