Premier League to resume after Olympics

The Vodafone Premier League competition has been put on hold and will begin once the national Under 23 team returns from the Olympic Games in Brazil.

Fiji Football Association’s competition manager, Amitesh Pal says the league games will start on the 13th of August.

He says Fiji FA has to re-look on the grounds available and then decide on the fixtures.

Meanwhile in the Vodafone National Under 17 league, Tailevu Naitasiri thumped Suva 5-2.

Up in North, Bua is currently playing Labasa, Savusavu faces Dreketi and Nadogo will be up against Seaqaqa.
