The Fiji Police Force has laid down the challenge ahead of the ANZ Sukuna Bowl battle at ANZ Stadium next month.

Speaking at the launching of the competition, Deputy Commissioner of Police Rusiate Tudravu says they have learnt from their past losses.

_“We are like soldiers, we have been injured and still carry the wounds of our loss last year. We are learning from it. As the saying goes, there is only one thing more painful then learning from experience and that is not learning from experience.”

Army defeated Police 19-12 last year.

RFMF Commander Viliame Naupoto says they have set their target to win the prestigious trophy again this year.

“We know the pain, we prefer the enjoyment that we enjoyed last year and we should enjoy it again this year.”

The battle between the two forces will be held on the 23rd of November at the ANZ Stadium.
