Police Blues will defend the Escott Shield against Navy at Suva’s Albert Park next week.

This after Police made a strong come-back in its 17-7 victory against Covenant Blues in the first semi-final at Bidesi Park this afternoon.

The winning Coach says their game plan really worked well resulting in today’s positive outcome.

“Our strength was in the forward and we use them much in first or second phase before we use the back line and I think that goes well with us and we scored three unanswered points in the second half.”

Meanwhile, in the second semi-final, Navy defeated QVS OB 28-18.
