14 boxers from Papua New Guinea will be coming over to Fiji in February next year.

The contingent from PNG includes six women and eight men.

Fiji Amateur Boxing Media Officer Tevita Temo is calling out all the local women boxers to take part in the buildup event on the 28th of this month.

“I want to ask all the clubs those who are training some women and those women who are want to box can come up. We want to see at least six good women boxers on the 28th of this month.”

The Papua New Guinea versus Fiji boxing program is scheduled for the third week of February.
