Plans for next year’s event, general policy matters and random drug testing for players were some of the agendas that were discussed during the Fiji Football Board of Control meeting today.

Association President Rajesh Patel says players who are tested positive for marijuana will be banned from the sport for 2 years.

“So within this two years these players who have found guilty should be negative when tested. If they’re tested positive for marijuana they will be banned for life.”
