TFL Fijiana 7s captain Ana Maria Roqica says the competition within the team is tough as the players target to make it into the final 12 for the Sydney tournament in February.

Roqica says the new girls in the team are putting their hands up and giving a tough time to the other experienced players in the team.

“Training is being hard like the girls are fighting for their positions in Coral Coast and Sydney 7s and last week it was tough and there is a lot of girls come in new debut.”

Fijiana finished 5th in the Dubai tournament and also sits on the same position on the Women’s Sevens Series standings.
