The Nasinu Panthers have claimed the Vodafone Fiji Secondary Schools rugby league Under 19 final after beating RKS Eels 16-12 at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori.

The encounter was tough from the first whistle with both teams tied 8-all at the breather.

In other results, the Lelean Bulldogs won the Under 15 grade after beating John Wesley Sea Eagles 8-0.

LMS also took out the U16 final following an 8-2 victory over the Suva Grammar Titans.

Two titles were secured by western schools – the first in the Under 17 grade to Ratu Navula College after beating Queen Victoria Knights 22-14.

Lautoka Central beat Natabua 13-8 to win the U18 final.
