*Fijians make good quarterback according to Chris Oar, the managing director of the Pacific Sports Management as they conducted the NFL International Combine tryouts at the National Stadium today. *

Oar says our Fijians are physically fit and their body structure is perfect for offensive playing positions in the NFL.

“The Fijian body type may land itself more as a quarterback or wide receiver not so much as a line-man or oh-lineman but they’re certainly athletic tall and fast and there is definitely a place for them in the NFL.”

Over 40 athletes took part today and the officials are expected to select five from the Pacific region soon.
