The Canada Fiji Southern Boxing Commission will continue to promote women in boxing at its upcoming events.

Two women’s bouts have been lined up in Nadi next month.

Promoter, Simon Naushad says, the positive response during their last promotion encouraged them to organize more women’s fights.

As we had said in our first promotion, we have introduced women’s fights. This has been very encouraging and we have also been commended by the Fiji Women’s Crisis Centre.

The promotion takes place on Friday week at Nadi’s Prince Charles Park.
