Ba-based Nukuloa College is banking on its victorious Under-17 team from 2014 to try and win the Under-19 grade at the Vodafone Fiji Secondary Schools football championships next week.

This year’s U19 side is made up of players from U17 reps and will be led by former Fiji U17 rep, Suliano Tawanakoro.

Team coach, Nazim Ali, says they have been training hard and their side is made up of players from the Vatukoula and Ba youth teams.

The tournament gets underway in Nausori on Monday.
