After a lapse of ten years, the Northern Football side is returning to stamp their mark at the Ultimate Fiji Soccer Cup tournament.
Regional Technical Director, Iosefo Vosaboto says the players have been preparing well and have also set their mind ahead of the competition.
“It’s a wide selection in the North like some players coming from Bua, Nadogo and Seaqaqa. These are the untouched talents and they are here to showcase it to the selectors. The selectors are here to select the best team to represent our country.”
He adds assembling the players for the tournament was made possible through the support of their families and the community.
The division has fielded a squad each in the Under 16, 17 and 18 grades.
The finals of the tournament will be played Nadi’s Prince Charles Park tomorrow
