No major upsets at CMFI 7s in Labasa

16 teams have confirmed their spots in the Cup and Bowl quarter-finals of the CMFI 7s at Subrail Park in Labasa.

In the main category, pool one winner Westfield Renwick will take on one of the best performing teams Lami.

Pool two winner First Light Taveuni meets Bay of Plenty, pool three leaders Ratu Filise faces Cross of Victory while in the last Cup quarter-final Uluinakau meets First Landing.

The First landing side has the services of current national sevens reps.

The first game of the Bowl quarter-final, will see Third Generation taking on New Born Waibasaga.

Bumble Bee Duavata goes head to head with Breakthrough 1 in the second game.
The third game sees Somosomo Sharks play against Coastal Niubuto.

And the final match of the Bowl quarter-final sees Dratabu facing Nabutubutu.

The final day of the competition begins at 9am at Subral Park in Labasa today.
