New Vodafone Fiji 7s reps, Josua Vici and Masivesi Dakuwaqa, are expected to add a physical edge to the side in the North American leg of the World Series from next weekend.

Vici, who plays at rover, was a standout performer for Uluinakau Babas in the Bayleys Coral Coast 7s last month, earning a call-up to the national extended squad.

Dakuwaqa, a forward brings some much-needed physicality into the squad and will fill in the vacuum left behind by injured duo, Apisai Domolailai and Viliame Mata.

The two players were the only new caps named in the 14-member squad for the Last Vegas and Vancouver 7s.

The Las Vegas 7s kicks-off next Saturday and you can watch it live on FBC TV.
Fiji is pooled with Argentina, France and Samoa.
