Fiji Pearls lose third game in a row

The Fiji Pearls have lost their third game in a row at the Netball World Cup after going down to Trinidad and Tobago 67 – 56.

The Pearls struggled in the match as Trinidad raced to an early 40 – 25 lead at halftime.

Earlier in the tournament, Fiji was beaten 85-29 in their opening match against Jamaica and was hammered 90-35 by South Africa.

According to the International Netball Federation rankings, the Fiji Pearls are currently ranked 17th in the world.
