World Cup-winning captain Laura Langman and outstanding goal shooter Maria Folau have signed on for another Silver Ferns campaign.

This is after both have been named in a 16-strong squad by Coach Noeline Taurua.

After the Silver Ferns won the world crown in July, former captain Casey Kopua retired while veterans Langman and Folau gave no indication of their plans.

A 16-strong Silver Ferns squad confirmed on Friday, contained both, and 11 players who won gold in Liverpool.

They were joined by shooter Maia Wilson, midcourters Whitney Souness, Kimiora Poi and Sam Sinclair, and defender Michaela Sokolich-Beatson.

The squad will on September 23 be reduced to 12 for the Constellation Cup against Australia.
