Fijian back row Senitiki Nayalo has signed a two-year contract for Scotland based Guinness Pro14 side Edinburgh Rugby ahead of next season.

Nayalo will join former Fiji 7s rep Viliame Mata in the team.

The 24-year-old flanker leaves London Irish after two years, having moved to the UK to join the British Army in 2013.

Ultimate rugby reports, Nayalo joined Irish in 2016 and made an immediate impact, scoring three tries in 15 appearances to help the Exiles make a return to the Aviva Premiership.

Head coach Richard Cockerill says Senitiki is an abrasive and powerful ball carrier who will undoubtedly add strength and depth in their back-row.
