Fiji Boxing rising star and Mulomulo Boxer Siliveni Nawai has accepted Sebastian Singh’s challenge and is ready to put on a show with him in the 67kg category.

Nawai says he started preparing for Singh following Singh’s announcement last week that he is ready to fight him.

" I’m ready to take him anytime and anywhere. He announced his challenge last week and I’m training now and I’m ready for him."

Nawai’s President Chanchal Kumar says his three boxers are ready for Singh.

“If he wants to fight Nawai, he is ready to fight. If he wants to fight light welter, Ronald is ready, and if he wants to come and fight in the middleweight, Abhay Chand is ready. My three boxers are ready."

Meanwhile, Canada Fiji Southern Boxing Promoter Simon Nausad has backed Nawai and saying he is willing to promote this fight which will feature a top-quality bout.

The proposed fight is scheduled in the first week of May at Prince Charles Park in Nadi.
