The Navosa Rugby team has qualified to the top tier after beating Ovalau 33-13 in the Vodafone Vanua Cup Challenge semi-final at Lawaqa Park last night.
Navosa led 18-3 at the half time break.
Naca Nagatalevu was the hero for the side bagging two tries and successfully kicking a penalty.
Tevita Bulai, Jonetania Yalayala and Nemani Murituvo socred a try each in Navosa’s victory.
Ovalua’s only try was scored by Jo Yalovigau in the second half.
Navosa plays Rewa in the Vanua Cup Challenge final next weekend.
Meanwhile in the Skipper Cup semifinals today Nadroga plays Suva and Namosi takes on Naitasiri.
