The 2015 National Football League is scheduled to kick off next weekend.
The Fiji Football Association does not want any delays this time around and last minute preparations are being done to make sure the league starts next weekend.
Fiji FA chief executive Bob Kumar says so far everything is happening according to plans.
“We have our National League which we are planning to kick off on the 10th of January. We are having talks with our sponsors and things are being prepared for a kick off on the 10th or 11th of January. This announcement will come out shortly from the League Board but we have had very good cordial discussions with our sponsors and we are now aiming for the kick off on the 10th or 11th of January.”
Meanwhile, Suva won this year’s league title while Ba finished second.
