Fiji Airway’s 7s rep Kalione Nasoko says new players in the extended squad have provide tough competition as they trying to make it in the final cut for the upcoming 7’s tournament and the 2017/18 HSBC World 7’s series.

The Yasawa Stingers player who missed out in the Octoberfest last month, says he will have to step up his effort to impress the selectors.

“It’s a big challenge for me as there’s a lot of new players in the team and they are not new to sevens and they’re also trying their best to don the national jumper.”
