Fijian and All Blacks 7s winger, Jona Nareki scored a double for Otago as they thrashed their oldest rival, Southland 43-24 in the Mitre 10 Cup yesterday.
Nareki scored his first try in the 17th minute and scored his second try in the 35th minute before going to break.
Leading 24-3 at half time, it was a one-way traffic throughout the fixture, with Southland falling to their 16th straight loss.

Looking at another match, Wellington hammered Counties Manukau 53-12.
