Jona Nareki and Joketani Koroi socred a try each for the Otago rugby side which defeated Northland 27-23 in the Miter 10 Cup clash.

The side trailed 10-7 at the half time mark.

In the other match the All Black lock Patrick Tuipulotu returned to Auckland’s Mitre 10 Cup team to score a first half hat-trick of tries as they defeated Tasman 36–10.
