Recalled Vodafone Fiji 7s forward, Nemani Nagusa is impressed by the level of commitment and dedication in the squad heading into the World Sevens Series next month.
Nagusa last featured in the series in 2013.
The Nadroga number 8 says he has enjoyed the transition from 15’s to 7’s in a short period of time and credits national coach, Ben Ryan as well as trainer, Nacanieli Cawanibuka for getting him into shape.
“All the other teams are a lot fitter, quicker and bigger. I trust the program that Ben and Naca have provided for us. Fitness-wise, we have prepared really well.”
The Fiji 7s side resumed training camp in Deuba today and flies out to United Arab Emirates on Thursday.
The Dubai 7s will be held next Friday and Saturday and you can watch it live on FBC TV.
