April 25, 2012 1:01 am

The Nadroga rugby team is playing catch up in the Digicel Cup competition, falling three games behind this season due to continuous postponements after the recent floods.

Nadroga Rugby Union spokesperson, Tiko Matawalu says they are pleased to be able to play Lautoka on Friday at Churchill Park as the Fiji Rugby Union will host the Annual General Meeting on Saturday.

“We are behind by three games but we are hoping to have this game on Friday so that we can also play our standing game that is pending. If we play the game on Friday that will live us two games pending and we will try to play these two before the final round of Digicel Cup.”
