Nadi ready for Navosa in Skipper Competition

The Nadi rugby side has set its platform in this years Skipper Cup after beating defending champions Nadroga 13-5 in the first round.

The jet setters hope to put up another great show against Navosa tomorrow.

Nadi rugby manager, Lasaro Rabaka, says they will not underestimate their opponents in the second round clash.

“We are treating the game seriously especially each team in the superior competition we started off with Nadroga, and we’d like to keep the momentum going and we will not underestimate Navosa because they’re very strong team and this is will be something similar we faced from Nadroga two weeks ago.”

Nadi hosts Navosa at 5pm at Nadi’s Prince Charles Park.

In other matches on Saturday Suva meets Nadroga at 3 pm at Sigatoka’s Lawaqa Park, Rewa will take on Naitasiri at 3pm at Nausori’s Ratu Cakobau Park, while Malolo plays Namosi at Lautoka’s Churchill Park at 3pm.
