The Nadi Football Under-14 side has made a winning start at the Fiji Primary School IDC currently underway at Churchill Park in Lautoka.

The side defeated Navua 1-nil in its first pool game this morning while in another match Lautoka was held 1-all by Tailevu.

In the Under-12 category, Rakiraki won its first match beating Nadroga 2-nil.

Meanwhile, seventeen teams are taking part in the Under-14 division while eight are competing in the Under-12 category.

The tournament ends on Friday.
