The Nadi Football team is hopeful that two of its key players will join the squad in this week’s Vodafone Premier League after missing out on the last game due to injuries.
Midfielder, Munit Krishna is sick and under medical supervision while Veteran, Eliki Ravosai suffered a knee injury after the Pillay Garment’s Champion versus Champion series.
Team President, Navneeda Goundar says the team is not certain on their availability but will continue to treat every game as a final.
“Munit Krishna and Eliki Ravosai, they did not take part in this game. But we are hopeful that they will be in the team by Friday. We’ll give a good game and its upon the boys to perform on that day and hopefully that they come out victorious.”
In a double header on Sunday at Nadi’s Prince Charles Park, Nadroga plays Ba at 2pm while Nadi takes on Lauoka at 4pm.
In other matches, Suva will host Dreketi at 7.30pm on Friday at ANZ Stadium.
On Sunday, Rewa will host Dreketi at 3pm at Ratu Cakobau Park.
