Nadi football to celebrate victories this Saturday

The Nadi Football side will celebrate its victories at the National Football League and Pacific Cup tournaments on Saturday.
The Jetsetters won the league title after 15 years and also took out their third Pacific Cup title in four years.
Nadi Football Association President, Navneeda Goundar says the team is holding celebrations to give something back to its fans.
“It’s been more than 10 years since we’ve won the national league. We have won the Pacific Cup for the third time and this is the time that people wanted to celebrated. We thought we wouldn’t be having a float procession but it’s the demand from the people of Nadi that we have the ceremony and it will be go down on Saturday.”
The Nadi Football celebrations will begin at 2pm on Saturday with presentations to take place later in the evening.
