Nadi bounce back with Pacific Cup win

November 19, 2015 5:07 pm

The Ratsun Nadi football side defeated CFR Line Suva 1-nil in the Pacific Cup in New Zealand last night.

After the disappointing nil-all draw against Manukau All Stars on Wednesday, Nadi displayed good football against the whites as captain Samuela Drudru scored the winner in the latter stages of the second half.

Both the teams received several opportunities to score but the strikers lacked confidence and could not score any more goals.
