The Nadi football defeated Rakiraki 3-nil in the opening match of the Inkk Mobile Battle of the Giants tournament at Subrail Park.

Elvin Prasad scored the lone goal in the first spell which saw the Jetsetters lead 1-nil at the break.

Ratu Josefata Dugucagi and Rusiate Matererega added a goal each in the second spell for a comfortable win.

Lautoka is currently playing Dreketi after which Ba plays Rewa at 5pm while the feature match of day one will see hosts Labasa take on Suva at 7.30pm.
