Nabuli to join Reds

August 7, 2015 7:50 pm

Former Fiji Bati rep, Etonia Nabuli is set to dazzle the Super Rugby competition next season.

The towering winger, who was spotted by rugby league legends, Brad Fittler and Andrew Johns while working as a hotel porter in Fiji has joined the Queensland Reds camp, alongside fellow Fijians Samu Kerevi and Chris Kuridrani.

Nabuli was told by current club, the Saint George Dragons that he will not be required next year, resulting in his defection to rugby union.

While he has struggled to hold down a first grade spot and has had issues in defence, his attacking potency is obvious and should he fulfil his potential, Nabuli could become a Super Rugby sensation.
