Fiji Football Association Vice President, Tarunesh Reddy says the Under-23 squad’s Spanish tour has not only improved the performance of the team, but the association as a whole.

Reddy says the potential in the team needs to be developed and plans are in place for more tours coming up later in the year before the team competes in the Rio Olympic Games.

“This is one of the tour that Fiji FA has organized and basically to Spain for the build-up matches and we are happy with the tour and there’s a lot of other tours coming up.”

The national Under-23 side recorded a win, two draws and three losses in the six-match tour of Spain.
