More than 100 boats will be part of the 35th Fiji Regatta which will be held at the Musket Cove Island Resort.

The week-long event will feature cruising and racing sailors from around the world.

Musket Cove Island Resort Fiji Director William Mofort says the Fiji Regatta continues to grow and has become an attraction for sailors over the years.

“It’s on the cruising calendar for all these boats so a lot of boats are planning 5 years ahead when they are cruising around the world to make sure they are here in Musket Cove in September because it’s always a great event.”

The main race which is around Malolo Fiji will be held on tomorrow.
