Vodafone Fiji Under-23 Coach, Frank Farina believes the team still needs improvement in its finishing after the Spanish tour, last week.

Farina made the following comments after the team arrived in the country today.

He says they have identified areas they can work on to lift their performance.

“We struggled to finish, so that’s and area we can look to improve on and small defensive mistakes, holding on to the ball, as long we’ve got the ball, so they can score.”

Farina adds the players understand the game plan he has set but there is still room for improvement.

The 51 year-old is overwhelmed at the performance of the players and is confident they can achieve better.

The Fijians ended the six match tour with one win, two draws and three losses.
