Vodafone Fiji Bati utility back, Marcelo Montoya is raring to get on the field to make his dream come true.

The 21-year-old, Bulldogs fullback says, playing in the Rugby League World Cup is a bonus and he wants to repay the faith show in him by Fiji.

“It’s something that I always look back and said thank you Fiji and thank my family and thank god for blessing me with this opportunity and to make my mum proud.”

Fiji Bati takes on USA in its first pool match at 9.40pm on Saturday at Townville Stadium in Australia.
