Fiji Airways Flying Fijians coach John McKee has revealed he will maintain his core players who were part of the 2015 Rugby World Cup in England.
Players like skipper Akapusi Qera, Leone Nakarawa, Campese Ma’afu plus Kini Murimurivalu will retain their places while players like Josua Tuisova and Semi Radradra will make their first World Cup appearances in Japan next year.
Flying Fijians coach, McKee says with the number of talents available, he needs to select the best players for the tournament next year.
“We have got a good core of players coming back from World Cup 2015. That experience is really valuable and probably some lessons learnt during that campaign will help us boost this time around. Injection of some new players who have been rising with their talents.”
The Flying Fijians will come together in November for the autumn tour and will play Scotland, Uruguay and France.
