Vodafone Flying Fijians coach John McKee believes being a rugby coach is something that develops overtime.

McKee says, based on his experience, he can now recognize players who has the potential to play the game style of the Vodafone Flying Fijians.

“Like Jale Vatubua, I’ve been watching him in France for a couple of seasons and I’ve seen his performance in the game against Italy which has improved and for me he is one our outstanding player right across the series and I think for other players form me I always bank for young players.”

McKee had set up few unknown players like Jale Vatubua, Serupepeli Vularika, Frank Lomani who stand out at the June Test and also the Pacific Nations Cup earlier this month.
