Vodafone Flying Fijians Coach, John McKee will be giving more local players a chance to vie for selection to the Rugby World Cup in England.

McKee has given his squad a one-week break after hoisting the Pacific Nations Cup in Canada earlier this week.

He adds the squad will be engaging a lot of capable players for intensive training to prepare them for international competition.

“There will be more local players joining the squad, so there will be approximately 36 players in next Thursday.”

The Flying Fijians will play a warm-up match against Canada early next month, before the World Cup opener against England at Twickenham Stadium on September 19th.
