McKee hoping to get majority of the players to the World Cup

Fiji Airways Flying Fijians coach John McKee hopes majority of the players playing in the autumn test will represent the nation in the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Japan.

McKee says the test is chance for them to prove themselves and set a good platform towards the World Cup.

“I’m hoping to get majority of the players to the World Cup and this assembly is part of our preparation in next year’s world cup. This players will need to step up and keep getting better game by game.”

He adds, he is using the tour to give greater depth to his squad across the board.
The Flying Fijians play Scotland at 3.30am on Sunday.
