Manchester United beaten by Brighton

August 19, 2018 5:00 pm

Manchester United fell to a disappointing defeat at the Amex Stadium again as they lost 3-2 to Brighton this morning.

Some poor defending from Eric Bailly, Victor Lindelof and Ashley Young let their opponents score two in quick succession in the first half and Jose Mourinho’s side failed to get themselves back in the game.

Lukaku scored a header in the first half but Bailly gave away a penalty minutes later and the hosts extended their lead to 3-1.
United only mustered three shots on target throughout the whole game which included a last minute Paul Pogba penalty which meant the game ended at 3-2.
