The Macuata Provincial Rugby side has set a three-year plan to get back to the Skipper Cup Competition.
The Northerners were demoted from the Skipper Cup competition after they finished at the bottom two.
Coach Sevina Nanuku says they are starting slowly with their current crop of players as they compete in the Vodafone Vanua Cup Championship.
“We are planning on three years. The plan is to develop the boys now up to 2020. So, by 2020 we are trying to go back to the Skipper Cup.”
The Macuata side is currently placed fifth in the Vodafone Cup competition.
The side plays the Naitasiri Northern Bulls side in their last match on Saturday.
Meanwhile, the Fiji Rugby Union will confirm later today whether the Skipper Cup competition and the Vodafone Cup competition will be on a break this weekend.
